We are seeking a Digital Integration Manager to lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of digital integration capabilities across a complex technology environment. This role will be responsible for connecting applications, platforms, data sources and external services to create secure, reliable and scalable digital experiences. Working closely with technology, product, operations and business stakeholders, you will translate strategic objectives into practical integration roadmaps and deliver solutions that support organisational growth and improved customer outcomes.
You will oversee the full integration lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through to architecture, implementation, testing, deployment and ongoing optimisation. Key responsibilities include defining integration standards and patterns; managing APIs, middleware, event-driven services and data flows; coordinating internal teams and third-party suppliers; and ensuring solutions meet security, performance, resilience and compliance requirements. You will also establish effective monitoring and support processes, investigate incidents and recurring issues, maintain clear technical documentation, and identify opportunities to simplify systems and improve operational efficiency. The role will involve managing delivery plans, budgets, risks and dependencies while providing clear updates to senior stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have proven experience managing digital integration projects and delivering technology solutions across multiple platforms or business functions. You will bring strong knowledge of API management, integration architecture, cloud technologies, data exchange standards and modern delivery practices. Experience with enterprise service buses, iPaaS solutions, messaging platforms, microservices or event-driven architecture would be advantageous. Strong analytical, communication and influencing skills are essential, along with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and build productive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. A pragmatic, collaborative approach, attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement will be highly valued.

We are seeking an experienced Digital Integration Manager to lead the planning, delivery and continuous improvement of digital integration services across a complex technology environment. This role will be responsible for connecting applications, platforms, data and customer-facing channels, ensuring they operate as a secure, reliable and seamless ecosystem. You will work closely with technology, product, data, operations and external delivery partners to define integration strategies that support business priorities and improve user experiences.
Key responsibilities will include owning the integration roadmap, assessing current and future requirements, and recommending appropriate approaches, technologies and architectural patterns. You will oversee the design and delivery of APIs, event-driven services, middleware, data flows and system interfaces, while ensuring solutions meet agreed standards for performance, scalability, security and resilience. You will manage integration projects from discovery through implementation, coordinating plans, budgets, risks, dependencies and resources. The role will also involve establishing governance, documentation and monitoring practices, as well as identifying opportunities to simplify legacy integrations and improve operational efficiency.
The successful candidate will have substantial experience managing digital or enterprise integration programmes, with a strong understanding of APIs, cloud services, microservices, messaging platforms, identity management and data exchange principles. Experience working with integration platforms and modern delivery methods, including Agile and DevOps, is highly desirable. You will be a confident communicator who can translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences, influence stakeholders and build effective relationships with suppliers and delivery teams. Strong problem-solving, prioritisation and decision-making skills are essential, together with a proactive approach to managing risk and driving continuous improvement.
