EWI are supporting a leading transportation infrastructure group who are seeking a skilled Project Manager - OCS to join a landmark Light Rail Transit (LRT) project in Canada. This role is essential to delivering the OCS scope on time, within budget, and in full compliance with quality, safety, and contract requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full lifecycle of the OCS scope from design coordination through procurement, construction, testing & commissioning, and handover

Ensure construction activities meet all quality, safety, environmental, and contract compliance standards

Develop and oversee detailed construction plans and schedules, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to maintain alignment with the overall project timeline

Lead and manage field engineering teams and subcontractors on-site

Control and monitor project budget for all OCS-related procurement, labor, and materials

Prepare timely progress reports and invoicing data

Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and opportunities related to the OCS scope

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and review detailed design drawings, specifications, and horizontal/vertical track alignments

Oversee integration of track systems with civil, signaling, traction power, and other LRT infrastructure

Provide technical support during construction, including inspections, installation oversight, and resolving site issues

Perform geometric and structural design for both ballasted and ballastless track types

Qualifications:

Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or MicroStation

Strong understanding of embedded, slab, and ballasted track construction
