Job Title: Commissioning Engineer (Contractor)

Contract Duration: 6-12 months (Immediate start)
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Engineer to join a dynamic team working on large-scale offshore wind power projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in the commissioning phase, ensuring smooth integration and functionality of control systems and protection relays. This is a contract position with an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead commissioning activities for control and protection systems in offshore wind power projects.
Conduct site testing, troubleshooting, and validation of system performance according to project specifications and industry standards.
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate commissioning schedules and technical requirements.
Execute control system and protection relay testing, fault analysis, and system tuning.
Utilize software tools such as Zenon, COPA-DATA, and DS Agile for configuration, monitoring, and commissioning tasks.
Prepare and maintain detailed commissioning documentation, reports, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements during all commissioning activities.
Provide technical support and training to on-site personnel and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience as a Commissioning Engineer, preferably in the renewable energy sector or related industrial control projects.
Hands-on experience with control system software tools including Zenon, COPA-DATA, and DS Agile.
Strong expertise in protection relays and associated testing and commissioning.
Solid understanding of control systems integration and fault diagnostics.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced project environment.
Excellent communication skills, fluent in English; Polish language skills are a plus.
Willingness to relocate or work on-site in Poland for the contract duration.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with offshore wind power projects or large-scale electrical infrastructure projects.
Knowledge of industry standards related to commissioning and protection systems.
