Grid Engineering Manager - PV & BESS

Wiesbaden | Hybrid | Vollzeit

Werden Sie Teil des europäischen Marktführers im Bau von Freiflächen-PV-Anlagen mit integrierten Lösungen von Geologie bis BESS-Re-Powering. Mit über 630 Projekten und mehr als 10 GWp in Europa, Afrika und dem Nahen Osten gestalten wir die grüne Energiezukunft. 2008 in Frankreich gegründet, sind wir mit beinahe 300 Mitarbeitenden bereits in 9 Ländern erfolgreich am Markt, mit dem Ziel von 7 GW bis 2030.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Optimale technische Lösungen für die Umsetzung der Projekte finden
Technische und wirtschaftliche Analysen, sowie Risikoabschätzungen für Solarparks (inkl. BESS)
Planung von Netzanschlüssen und Kabeltrassen
Antrags- und Genehmigungsverfahren einleiten
Vorbereitung und Ausarbeitung von Bauanträgen in Koordination mit externen Planungsbüros

Ihr Profil:

Hochschulstudium als Ingenieur/-in Elektrotechnik oder Erneuerbare Energien (Bachelor/Master)
Engagement und Spaß an der Arbeit mit immer neuen Herausforderungen
Einen realistischen Blick für die Chancen und die Umsetzbarkeit neuer Projekte
Ausgezeichnete organisatorische Fähigkeiten für effektive Zusammenarbeit
Kommunikationssicherheit mit Kunden, Behörden und Planungspartnern
GIS und/oder CAD-Kenntnisse
