We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading international infrastructure company, for an experienced Civil Works Site Manager to join their headquarters in Geneva and work on different building and civil engineering projects.

About the Role

As Civil Works Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of all civil works on site. You will act as the key liaison between the project management team and site personnel, ensuring that operations are carried out in compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and scheduling targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage on-site execution of civil engineering works, including scheduling, resource planning, and supervision of subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with design, procurement, and quality teams to ensure efficient and coordinated operations.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Lead site meetings and serve as the primary point of contact for all on-site civil works activities.
• Contribute to the resolution of technical and logistical issues on site.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience managing civil works on complex infrastructure projects, ideally in an international context.
• Degree in Civil Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and multiple subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, health and safety compliance, and quality assurance.
• Fluent in English
• French is a strong advantage.
• Eligible to work in Switzerland or within the Schengen zone.
