Title: O&M Manager
Location: Republic of Ireland
Start: Asap
Salary: 75-90k + bonus


Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support for the operations and maintenance services across all locations.
* Represent the company on-site during key contractor services.
* Efficiently manage maintenance contracts, aiming to minimize costs and enhance revenue.
* Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
* Define and manage spare parts requirements for cables and associated accessories for projects.
* Ensure design, installation, testing, and documentation meet regulatory and quality standards.
* Analyze and validate contractor-provided information.
* Offer technical knowledge to support decision-making processes.
* Oversee and direct staff, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with local safety, health, and environmental regulations.
* Supervise daily facility operations, adhering to established practices and asset management systems.
* Serve as the technical lead and main point of contact for all operational sites.


Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; a Master's degree is advantageous.
* At least 2 years of experience in solar operations and maintenance.
* Proven experience in managing contractors.
* Familiarity with HV & MV substations, transformer centers, solar modules, and inverters at a utility scale.
* Deep understanding of solar and battery storage technologies.
* Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation.
* Multi-skilled in electro-mechanical systems with hands-on experience.
* Proficient in data logging and communication systems.
* Experience in LV & HV fault-finding and analysis.
* Excellent troubleshooting skills for resolving technical issues.
* Knowledge of balance of plant in solar farms.
* Experience managing multiple stakeholders in asset operations and maintenance, with the ability to adapt your style to achieve results.
