Contract Manager - Solar PV - Croatia
Our client, a leading renewable energy company, is looking for an experienced Contract Manager to join a major Solar PV project in Croatia, starting in May 2025. This 25-month contract offers an excellent opportunity to work on a large-scale renewable energy project, managing contractual agreements, negotiations, and vendor relationships.
Role Overview:
- Supporting the drafting, evaluation, negotiation, and implementation of contracts.
- Acting as the key liaison between vendors and the client, ensuring clear communication and smooth contract execution.
- Reviewing and negotiating commercial terms in both standard and non-standard contracts.
- Maintaining accurate contract records, correspondence, and status reports.
- Advising project leadership on contractual issues, risk management, and compliance.
- Ensuring proper tracking of milestones, invoicing, and contract amendments.
- Managing contract extensions, renewals, and terminations.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in contract management within Solar PV or large-scale renewable energy projects.
- Strong negotiation skills with a deep understanding of commercial and legal contract terms.
- Ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution of agreements.
- Experience managing multiple contracts while maintaining compliance with project objectives.
