Employee (m/f/d) International Project Controlling - Tirana, Albania
My client, a leading company in the renewable energy sector, has been planning, constructing, and operating wind and solar parks internationally for over 20 years. With a motivated team of over 415 employees across more than 18 countries, they are committed to driving the energy transition forward.
To strengthen their team, they are looking for an Employee (m/f/d) International Project Controlling based in Tirana, Albania.
Your Tasks:
- Processing payments, monitoring bank accounts, and managing invoices
- Assisting with budgets, controlling reports, and investment monitoring
- Overseeing accounting and coordinating with auditors and tax consultants
- Monitoring tax returns and supporting audits
- Organizing administrative documents and processes
- Supporting the Country Manager with office organization and contract management
- Acting as a point of contact for administrative partners, auditors, and the head office in Germany
Your Profile:
- A degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering with a focus on accounting, controlling, and/or taxation
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of national and international accounting and taxation
- Ability to work independently, think analytically and entrepreneurially, and collaborate in an international team
- Fluent in Albanian and English (German is a plus)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office 365, particularly Excel
