As our Data Centre business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced recruiter to lead the development of our US Data Centre Construction practice. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a high-growth market, leveraging EWI's established client relationships, global platform, and strong reputation within the sector.
The Opportunity
This role is ideal for a seasoned recruiter with Data Centre experience. You will be working alongside our established US team, focusing on growing our presence across the North American Data Centre Construction market, building on existing client relationships while driving new business opportunities.
You'll have the autonomy to shape the direction of the division, the support of a global business behind you, and the opportunity to build a team.
For the successful candidate, there is also the opportunity to relocate to Florida as part of our long-term growth plan.
What You'll Be Doing
Develop and grow EWI's US Data Centre Construction businessBuild and manage relationships with new and existing clients across North AmericaDrive business development and identify new revenue opportunitiesDeliver permanent recruitment solutions across the Data Centre sectorPartner closely with our US and international teams on key accounts and strategic opportunitiesContribute to the growth strategy and future direction of the divisionSupport the development and leadership of a team as the business scales
