We are seeking candidates with 10 - 15 years of experience in planning and design of water and wastewater-related projects. Desired experience will focus on treatment facilities, processes, pumping systems, and pipelines. Experience should encompass hydraulic evaluations, conceptual/feasibility studies, preparation of design reports, development of construction drawings and specifications, bidding assistance, and support of office and field-related construction services. Experience in managing interdisciplinary teams across multiple offices to effectively meet the client's needs is a key characteristic for candidates.
Candidate to be involved with a wide range of projects including planning, design, permitting, and construction.
Candidate shall be capable of supervising junior staff and managing projects. Candidate shall also be able to lead business development activities including preparation of proposals and presentations.
The position will include a high level of client development and management in our Orlando, Florida office. Fieldwork and site visits from planning through construction may be required with occasional travel.
