EWI is recruiting for an experienced HSE Program Manager to join a leading global renewable energy company supporting utility-scale wind projects across North America.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technology-driven HSE professional to lead the development and optimisation of digital Health, Safety & Environmental systems that improve operational performance, compliance and reporting. Working closely with HSE, Operations and IT teams, you will develop innovative digital solutions that support safety initiatives across the organisation.

The Role

As the HSE Program Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining digital systems that enhance Health, Safety & Environmental performance across multiple business functions.

You will develop applications, dashboards, reporting tools and workflow automations that improve compliance, data accuracy and operational decision-making while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

Develop and maintain digital HSE applications, forms and workflow solutions
Build automated processes using Microsoft Power Platform technologies
Design and maintain HSE dashboards and business intelligence reporting
Develop Power BI reports to track key HSE performance metrics including TRIR, LTIFR, near misses and leading indicators
Maintain HSE databases and ensure data integrity across all systems
Troubleshoot system issues and implement continuous improvements
Integrate HSE systems with HR, Operations and contractor management platforms
Manage user permissions, system configuration and software administration
Support OSHA and environmental compliance reporting
Develop digital solutions for incident reporting, inspections, audits and corrective actions
Create applications supporting risk assessments, JSEAs, LOTO programmes and high-risk work activities
Support the rollout of digital HSE training programmes
Partner with HSE, Operations and IT teams to identify opportunities for process improvement
Ensure all digital solutions comply with company IT and cybersecurity standards
Requirements

Were looking for professionals with experience in:

Health, Safety & Environmental systems
Digital transformation
Business process automation
Software administration
Data analytics
Industrial or renewable energy environments

Experience with the following is highly desirable:

Microsoft Power Apps
Power Automate
Power BI
SharePoint
Microsoft 365
SQL or database management
Dashboard development
Business intelligence reporting
SAP EHS
Intelex
Incident Management Systems
ISNetworld
Microsoft Excel
Workflow automation
Data visualisation
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science or a related discipline
2+ years of programming, application development or digital systems administration experience
Experience developing Microsoft Power Platform solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Valid drivers licence

Preferred experience includes:

HSE software administration
Renewable energy, construction or manufacturing environments
OSHA compliance and reporting
Incident investigation systems
Risk management processes
Digital safety management systems
