Construction Manager

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading global wind energy OEM delivering large-scale renewable energy projects across North America. As a Construction Manager, you will play a key role in supporting project execution, safety, quality, schedule, and operational performance throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Role / Responsibilities
* Act as the Construction Manager on utility-scale wind energy projects
* Support project delivery in accordance with client requirements
* Coordinate with site teams, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
* Maintain project documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements
* Support project planning, execution, and close-out activities
* Ensure adherence to HSE, quality, and operational standards
* Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates
* Assist with issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
* Minimum 3-5 years experience in a Construction Manager position
* Experience within wind energy, power generation, construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work within fast-paced project environments
* Strong English communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and project reporting tools
* Valid working rights for the USA or Canada, or ability to work on project assignments
Desired Skills
* Experience working for OEM, EPC, or renewable energy contractors
* Knowledge of utility-scale wind farm construction and operations
* Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
* Ability to work on remote project locations and rotational assignments

Role SummaryThe BOP Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of all Balance of Plant (BOP) activities associated with wind farm projects. This includes management of civil, electrical, and grid infrastructure works from development through commissioning and handover.
The role requires coordination with EPC contractors, OEMs, utilities, consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with German and European standards.
