In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of water and wastewater infrastructure initiatives. You will lead a team of engineers and project managers, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards while delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. Your expertise will be essential in managing client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and representing the organization in professional forums.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of water and wastewater systems, with a proven track record in project management and business development. You will be responsible for preparing proposals, budgets, and schedules, as well as mentoring junior staff and fostering a culture of innovation within the team. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential as you will be interacting with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies. A Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, along with relevant professional certifications, is required. An advanced degree is preferred.
