We are seeking a skilled Water Treatment Facility Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and implementation of water treatment facilities, focusing on innovative solutions that meet both environmental and regulatory standards. You will collaborate closely with project managers, environmental scientists, and contractors to develop comprehensive design plans, ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations. Your expertise will play a critical role in optimizing system performance and enhancing water quality for communities.

Key responsibilities include conducting feasibility studies, preparing detailed engineering designs, and overseeing project implementation from conception to completion. You will also be responsible for performing hydraulic and process simulations, preparing technical reports, and presenting findings to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil or environmental engineering, with a demonstrated knowledge of water treatment processes and technologies. Additionally, proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software is essential, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

A Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering is required, along with relevant work experience in water treatment facility design. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred but not mandatory.
