We are seeking a dedicated Water Resources Engineer Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and implementation of water resource management projects. You will lead a team of engineers and support staff, ensuring that projects meet regulatory requirements and align with sustainability goals. Your expertise will be crucial in conducting hydrological studies, developing water management models, and assessing the impact of water projects on surrounding ecosystems. You will also work collaboratively with stakeholders, including governmental agencies, contractors, and community groups, to promote effective water resource strategies.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of hydrology, hydraulics, and water quality management is essential. Proficiency in software tools such as HEC-RAS, SWMM, or similar modeling programs is preferred. You should possess excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to mentor junior staff and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly desirable, as is experience in grant writing and managing budgets.
