We are seeking a skilled Water Resources Engineer to join our dynamic team in Orlando. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and managing water resource projects that enhance and protect water quality and availability. Key duties include conducting hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, assessing watershed conditions, and developing water management strategies. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to evaluate project feasibility, prepare technical reports, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

The successful candidate will also engage with stakeholders, including government agencies and community organizations, to facilitate project development and implementation. This role requires proficiency in software tools for modeling and analysis, as well as experience with GIS applications. Strong communication and project management skills are essential, as you will be expected to lead project teams and present findings to diverse audiences. A Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, or a related field, along with relevant professional engineering licensure, is required. Experience in water resource management, floodplain analysis, and stormwater design will be highly valued.
