This senior executive will guide business development, project delivery, client relationships, and team performance while helping shape long-term growth within the sector. The role will suit a commercially minded leader with a strong understanding of water infrastructure, treatment systems, regulatory requirements, and the evolving challenges facing utilities and communities.
Key responsibilities will include developing and executing market and growth strategies; identifying and securing new opportunities; building trusted relationships with clients, regulators, partners, and industry stakeholders; and overseeing the successful delivery of complex programs from early planning and design through construction, commissioning, and ongoing support. You will provide executive oversight of budgets, schedules, risk, quality, safety, and contract performance, ensuring projects meet or exceed expectations. The successful candidate will also lead, mentor, and expand multidisciplinary teams, promote collaboration across technical and commercial functions, and support a culture focused on innovation, accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

Strong financial, contractual, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential, as is the ability to translate technical and market trends into practical business strategies. Experience working with public-sector clients, utilities, major contractors, or regulated infrastructure providers will be highly valued. This position offers the opportunity to influence the future of essential water services while contributing to resilient, sustainable, and high-performing infrastructure.
