US Recruitment Consultant (Cape Town, Hybrid)
About the Role
EWI are looking for another recruiter to join our Cape Town office, delivering on US construction vacancies. Whether you're an experienced Delivery Consultant or a 360 Recruiter, this is your chance to become a market specialist within a niche industry, maximise your earnings, and build an international career with a business that genuinely invests in your progression - including a clear pathway into a Team Lead role as our US team continues to expand.
What You'll Be Doing
Source, identify and engage high-quality candidates for US-based construction opportunities.Build and maintain talent pipelines across multiple disciplines and sectors.Manage candidates throughout the full 180 cycle (potential to progress to 360). Conduct interviews and qualification calls to assess suitability.Work closely with our US team to deliver talent against active client requirements.Develop long-term relationships with candidates and build strong market networks.Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within our CRM systems.Support key accounts and contribute to successful project delivery across the US market.What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years recruitment experience.Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.Experience recruiting within any industry sector.Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.A passion for connecting great talent with exciting opportunities.A team-oriented mindset and desire to contribute to a growing business.
