We are seeking an experienced Traveling Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of projects across multiple locations. This role is ideal for a highly organised professional who can manage competing priorities, build strong relationships, and maintain momentum in fast-paced environments. Regular travel to project sites will be required, with schedules varying according to project needs.

You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects from initiation through completion. Key duties include developing project schedules and budgets, coordinating contractors and internal teams, tracking progress, managing resources, and ensuring work is completed to agreed standards, timelines, and costs. You will identify potential risks, implement appropriate mitigation plans, and provide clear updates to stakeholders. The role will also involve reviewing documentation, supporting procurement and subcontractor coordination, resolving site issues, and ensuring compliance with relevant health, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Applicants should have proven experience managing projects in a construction, engineering, infrastructure, facilities, or similarly operational environment. Strong knowledge of project management principles, scheduling, budgeting, reporting, and risk control is essential. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure. Proficiency with standard project management and reporting tools is desirable. A relevant degree, diploma, or professional certification will be advantageous. You must be willing and able to travel regularly, adapt to different working environments, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
