Für ein international tätiges Ingenieur- und Beratungsunternehmen suchen wir aktuell eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit als Teamleiter Leit- und Sicherungstechnik (m/w/d) für anspruchsvolle Eisenbahninfrastrukturprojekte.

In dieser Position verbindest du fundierte Fachkenntnisse in der Leit- und Sicherungstechnik (LST) mit fachlicher Führungsverantwortung. Neben der Mitarbeit an komplexen Bahnprojekten übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle beim weiteren Aufbau und der Entwicklung eines spezialisierten Planungsteams.

Deine Aufgaben

Fachliche Leitung und Weiterentwicklung eines Teams im Bereich Leit- und Sicherungstechnik

Unterstützung beim weiteren Ausbau des LST-Planungsteams

Planung und Koordination anspruchsvoller Neu-, Umbau- und Modernisierungsprojekte

Bearbeitung von Projekten in den HOAI-Leistungsphasen 1 bis 5, teilweise auch 6 bis 8

Koordination von Schnittstellen zu Auftraggebern, anderen Fachgewerken und internen Projektteams

Sicherstellung von Qualität, Terminen und Kosten innerhalb der Projekte

Einhaltung relevanter gesetzlicher Vorgaben, Normen und technischer Regelwerke

Unterstützung bei Bestandsaufnahmen und Ortsbegehungen

Mitarbeit bei der internen Projekt- und Ressourcensteuerung

Präsentation von Planungsergebnissen gegenüber Kunden und Projektpartnern

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Nachrichtentechnik, Informationstechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Leit- und Sicherungstechnik für Eisenbahninfrastruktur

Qualifikation bzw. fundierte Erfahrung als Fachplaner LST

Gute Kenntnisse von Systemen und Technologien wie RSTW, ESTW, DSTW und Bahnübergangstechnik

Gute Kenntnisse der HOAI, VOB sowie relevanter Regelwerke im Bahnumfeld

Erste Führungserfahrung oder Motivation, künftig mehr Verantwortung für ein Team zu übernehmen

Sicherer Umgang mit relevanten Planungssystemen, beispielsweise AutoCAD, ProVI-LST und iTWO

Technisches Verständnis kombiniert mit einem guten kaufmännischen Blick

Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachdisziplinen

Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

We are seeking an experienced T&C Team Leader to oversee testing and commissioning activities across a range of complex projects. You will be responsible for coordinating commissioning plans, programmes and resources, ensuring that systems are installed, tested and brought into operation safely, efficiently and in accordance with approved specifications, design requirements and industry standards. The role will involve working closely with project managers, engineering teams, contractors, suppliers and client representatives to ensure a smooth transition from construction through to operational handover.

Your duties will include preparing and reviewing testing and commissioning documentation, method statements, inspection and test plans, schedules, risk assessments and handover records. You will lead site-based commissioning teams, allocate tasks, monitor progress, investigate technical issues and ensure all defects or non-conformances are resolved promptly. You will also coordinate functional, integrated and performance testing, maintain accurate records, support programme reporting and contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement. A strong focus on health, safety, quality and environmental compliance is essential, with the ability to stop or escalate activities where standards or safe systems of work are not being followed.

Applicants should have substantial experience in testing and commissioning, ideally within a construction, engineering, infrastructure, building services or industrial environment, together with proven experience supervising teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders. You will need strong technical knowledge, excellent organisational and communication skills, and the confidence to make sound decisions in a demanding site environment. Experience interpreting drawings, specifications and commissioning procedures is required, along with a relevant technical qualification or equivalent professional experience. Formal health and safety training and a recognised engineering, building services or commissioning qualification would be advantageous.
