We are seeking a dedicated Solar O&M Site Supervisor to oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of solar energy facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising daily site activities, ensuring that all operations comply with safety regulations and industry standards. You will lead a team of technicians, coordinating maintenance schedules and responding to any technical issues that may arise. Your expertise will be crucial in conducting regular inspections, troubleshooting equipment problems, and implementing preventive maintenance practices to optimize system performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar energy systems, with a thorough understanding of electrical and mechanical components. You will be tasked with preparing reports on site performance, documenting maintenance activities, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will liaise with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders. A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to various site locations are required. Preferred qualifications include a degree in Engineering or a related field, alongside relevant experience in solar operations and maintenance.
