We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex industrial projects from concept and planning through execution, commissioning and handover. In this role, you will take overall responsibility for delivering projects safely, efficiently and in accordance with agreed scope, schedule, budget and quality standards. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and serve as the key point of contact for customers, suppliers, contractors and internal stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include establishing project plans, budgets, milestones, risk registers and governance structures; monitoring progress and implementing corrective actions where required; and ensuring effective change, contract and documentation management. You will lead project meetings, provide clear status reporting to senior management and stakeholders, and support commercial follow-up, procurement and negotiation activities. A strong focus on health, safety, environment and quality will be essential throughout every phase of delivery. You will also contribute to continuous improvement by sharing experience, developing project methods and mentoring less experienced project personnel.

We are looking for a commercially aware and structured professional with substantial experience managing industrial, engineering, construction or technical projects, preferably in a complex or regulated environment. You should have a relevant higher education in engineering, project management, business or a related field, together with a proven record of delivering projects involving multiple disciplines and stakeholders. Experience with contract management, risk assessment, cost control and project planning tools is highly desirable. You communicate confidently in English, both verbally and in writing, and knowledge of a Scandinavian language is an advantage.
