We are seeking a Senior Project Manager specializing in Land Development and Civil Engineering to join our dynamic team in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of land development projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Your expertise will guide project teams in navigating complex regulatory environments and implementing best practices in engineering and design.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in civil engineering principles, land development processes, and project management methodologies. You will lead project meetings, manage schedules, and coordinate resources effectively to achieve project goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting project proposals, conducting feasibility studies, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and team members are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in land development project management. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred. The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership capabilities, critical thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
