We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex commercial construction projects from pre-construction through to completion. This is a senior leadership role suited to a commercially minded construction professional who can manage multiple stakeholders, maintain project control and deliver high-quality outcomes safely, on time and within budget.

You will take overall responsibility for project planning, procurement, programming, cost management, contract administration, risk management and site delivery. Key duties will include coordinating consultants, contractors and specialist suppliers; reviewing designs and resolving technical issues; monitoring progress against agreed milestones; managing variations, payment applications and commercial reporting; and ensuring all works comply with contractual, regulatory, quality and health and safety requirements. You will also lead project meetings, provide clear updates to senior stakeholders and build strong working relationships across internal and external teams.

The successful candidate will have substantial experience managing commercial construction projects, ideally across sectors such as offices, retail, hospitality, industrial, healthcare or mixed-use developments. A relevant qualification in construction management, civil engineering, project management or a related discipline is preferred, together with strong knowledge of construction contracts, budgeting, procurement and project controls. You will be an organised and confident communicator with excellent negotiation, problem-solving and decision-making skills. The ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities and remain focused in a fast-paced environment is essential. A proactive approach, strong commercial awareness and a consistent commitment to safety, quality and client satisfaction will be highly valued.
