EWI is supporting a major rail programme and is seeking an experienced PMO Metro Lines Programme Control Technical Leader to join the Owner's team.
This is a senior leadership position responsible for providing the integrated programme controls view across a large-scale metro programme, working closely with line managers, programme leadership, consultants and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead programme controls activities across multiple metro lines and packagesOversee schedule, cost, risk and change management processesManage programme-wide interfaces and reporting requirementsProvide clear and accurate executive reporting to senior stakeholdersSupport design, construction and systems delivery teams with programme controls oversightEnsure robust governance, performance monitoring and programme assuranceAct as a key point of contact between programme stakeholders and leadership teamsRequirements
15+ years' experience on major metro, urban rail or large infrastructure programmesStrong PMO, programme controls or project controls leadership experienceExperience on the employer, owner, client or programme management side preferredStrong understanding of schedule management, cost control, risk and change governanceExperience producing executive-level reporting and programme dashboardsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsWillingness to be substantially based in Israel
