We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and growth of innovative water filtration solutions across residential, commercial and industrial markets. This role will own the product strategy and roadmap from market insight and concept development through to launch, optimisation and lifecycle management. You will identify customer needs, analyse market and competitor trends, and translate these insights into compelling, commercially viable products that improve water quality, efficiency and user experience.

Working closely with engineering, research and development, quality, regulatory, operations, sales and marketing teams, you will define product requirements, prioritise features and manage cross-functional delivery. Responsibilities will include building business cases, setting pricing and positioning strategies, supporting forecasting and portfolio planning, monitoring product performance, and recommending improvements or rationalisation where appropriate. You will also work with suppliers and external partners to evaluate filtration media, components, technologies and manufacturing capabilities, ensuring products meet applicable safety, performance and environmental standards. The role will involve presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders and communicating product strategy clearly across the organisation.

The successful candidate will have substantial product management experience, ideally within water treatment, filtration, plumbing, appliances, industrial equipment or a related technical sector. You will combine strong commercial judgement with the ability to understand technical concepts and customer requirements. Experience taking physical products from concept to market, managing complex projects and using market data to guide decisions is essential. A background in filtration technologies, water quality, sustainability or regulatory compliance would be advantageous. You should be an excellent communicator and collaborator, with strong analytical, organisational and influencing skills, a practical approach to problem-solving, and the confidence to operate effectively in a changing, international environment.
