We are seeking a Senior Practice Professional with expertise in Water and Wastewater management to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of water and wastewater projects. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions that meet regulatory standards and client objectives. Utilizing your extensive knowledge of engineering principles and environmental regulations, you will ensure the successful delivery of projects from conception through to completion while maintaining high-quality standards.

Your key responsibilities will include conducting feasibility studies, preparing technical reports, and managing project budgets and timelines. You will lead stakeholder engagement efforts, facilitating communication between clients, regulatory agencies, and project teams. Additionally, you will mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional development within the team. A deep understanding of hydraulic modeling, treatment processes, and water quality management will be instrumental in driving project success.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or a related field, along with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in water/wastewater design and management. A Professional Engineering (PE) license is preferred. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, as well as a proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
