The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, along with significant experience in highway design and project management. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar is essential, alongside a strong understanding of highway engineering principles and practices. A professional engineering license or chartership is preferred.
