We are seeking a Senior Construction Manager – CSA (m/f/d) to lead the delivery of civil, structural and architectural works on complex construction projects. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating site activities from mobilisation through to completion, ensuring that all works are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to the required quality standards. You will act as a key point of contact between the project management team, contractors, consultants, suppliers and other stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include planning and supervising daily construction activities, reviewing drawings and technical documentation, monitoring progress and productivity, and coordinating interfaces between civil, structural, architectural and building services packages. You will manage subcontractors, participate in coordination and progress meetings, identify risks and resolve technical or logistical issues on site. You will also support programme updates, cost control, change management, inspections, testing and commissioning, while ensuring that all works comply with approved designs, contractual requirements, applicable regulations and health and safety procedures. Accurate reporting, documentation and handover of completed works will form an important part of the position.

To be successful, you will have substantial experience in a senior construction or site management role, ideally gained on large-scale commercial, industrial, infrastructure or data centre projects. A strong understanding of civil, structural and architectural construction methods, sequencing and quality assurance is essential. You should be confident reading technical drawings and specifications, coordinating multiple contractors and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving and organisational skills are required, together with a proactive and collaborative approach. Relevant technical qualifications or a degree in civil engineering, construction management or a related discipline are advantageous. Fluency in English is required; additional European language skills are beneficial. The position may involve regular site-based work and coordination across multiple project stakeholders.
