We are seeking a dedicated Senior Associate to join our team in the realm of Global Sustainable Investing and Operations. This role will focus on supporting the development and implementation of sustainable investment strategies across various asset classes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth research and analysis to identify investment opportunities aligned with sustainability goals. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to assess environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors, ensuring that investment decisions meet both financial and ethical standards.

Key responsibilities include preparing detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, tracking and analyzing market trends in sustainable investing, and assisting in the integration of ESG criteria into the investment process. You will also engage with external partners, including asset managers and research institutions, to enhance our sustainability initiatives. A strong understanding of financial markets and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively is essential. The successful candidate will possess a proactive mindset, strong analytical skills, and a passion for sustainable development.

Qualifications for this position include a degree in finance, economics, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in investment analysis or sustainability-focused roles. Familiarity with ESG frameworks and reporting standards is highly desirable.
