We are seeking an experienced Residential Construction Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of homebuilding and renovation projects in the Orlando area. This role is responsible for coordinating all phases of construction, from pre-construction planning and permitting through completion and final handover. The successful candidate will be organised, solutions-focused, and confident managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, suppliers, and client expectations while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities include reviewing plans and specifications, developing and maintaining project schedules, coordinating inspections, ordering materials, and monitoring progress on multiple active sites. You will supervise subcontractors and trades, verify workmanship, address construction issues promptly, and ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget. The Project Manager will also conduct regular site visits, document progress, manage change orders, review invoices, maintain accurate project records, and communicate clearly with homeowners, vendors, inspectors, and internal stakeholders. A strong focus on jobsite safety, building codes, quality control, and customer satisfaction is essential.

Applicants should have several years of residential construction or project management experience, with a solid understanding of construction methods, sequencing, permitting, and local building requirements. Experience managing custom homes, renovations, or high-volume residential projects is preferred. Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, estimating, and construction management software is an advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, organisation, and problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines and make sound decisions independently. A valid driver’s licence and the ability to travel between project sites in and around Orlando are also required.
