We are looking for a Project Manager to join a specialist team delivering swimming pool and aquatic facility projects. In this role, you will lead projects from early planning and design through procurement, construction, commissioning and handover. You will work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure that each project is delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include developing project plans, budgets and schedules; coordinating design and technical reviews; managing procurement and contract-related activities; monitoring progress, costs, risks and quality; and ensuring that relevant regulations, permits and health and safety requirements are met. You will chair meetings, maintain clear project documentation, identify potential challenges at an early stage and implement appropriate solutions. The role may involve several projects at different stages, including new-build facilities, refurbishments and technical upgrades to existing swimming pools and leisure environments.

We are seeking a structured and commercially aware project professional with experience of managing complex construction, engineering or building services projects. Experience from aquatic facilities, public buildings, leisure environments or technically demanding installations is an advantage. You should be confident working with multiple stakeholders and have strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills. The ability to understand technical documentation, manage contractors and make well-informed decisions is essential. A relevant degree or professional qualification in construction, engineering, project management or a related field is desirable. You are organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership while working collaboratively. The position may require travel to project sites and regular interaction with customers and project partners.
