You will chair meetings, maintain clear project documentation, identify potential challenges at an early stage and implement appropriate solutions. The role may involve several projects at different stages, including new-build facilities, refurbishments and technical upgrades to existing swimming pools and leisure environments.

Experience from aquatic facilities, public buildings, leisure environments or technically demanding installations is an advantage. You should be confident working with multiple stakeholders and have strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills. The ability to understand technical documentation, manage contractors and make well-informed decisions is essential. A relevant degree or professional qualification in construction, engineering, project management or a related field is desirable. You should be organised, commercially aware and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a collaborative environment. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, as is the ability to build trust with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A relevant university degree or equivalent professional experience is expected, along with fluency in English; knowledge of Swedish or another Scandinavian language is beneficial. The role may involve travel to project sites, and a structured, solution-oriented approach will be highly valued.
