We are seeking a Project Manager specialising in electrical and power projects to lead assignments from initial planning through to completion. In this role, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage project schedules and budgets, and ensure that all work is delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with agreed quality standards. You will work closely with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders to establish clear objectives, identify project requirements and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include preparing project plans, cost estimates and progress reports, as well as monitoring financial performance, resources, risks and deadlines. You will coordinate design, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning activities, ensuring that technical solutions meet applicable regulations, industry standards and customer expectations. You will also lead project meetings, follow up on contracts and documentation, manage changes and deviations, and support the resolution of technical or operational challenges. A strong focus on health, safety, environmental considerations and quality assurance will be essential in every assignment.

We are looking for a structured and commercially aware professional with several years of experience managing electrical, energy or power-related projects. You have a relevant technical or engineering qualification and a solid understanding of electrical systems, power distribution, substations, grid infrastructure or industrial installations. Experience with project management methodologies, contract management and risk assessment is highly valued. You communicate confidently in English and, preferably, Swedish, and are comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. As a proactive and collaborative leader, you are able to make informed decisions, solve problems and maintain momentum in complex project environments.
