Project Manager - Waterways (Dams and Hydropower)
Role Overview: We are seeking a PM to lead the construction of the project's complex waterways system, including penstocks, tunnels, shafts, and intake/outlet structures that channel water through the power generation system.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the excavation and lining of headrace/tailrace tunnels and vertical shafts.Oversee the fabrication and installation of high-pressure steel penstocks.Coordinate hydraulic testing and ensure seamless structural integration with the reservoir and powerhouse.Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Tunneling Engineering.10+ years of experience in tunneling, penstock installation, or hydraulic waterways.Familiarity with NATM, TBM, or shaft-sinking methodologies is highly desirable.What We Offer:
