Project Manager - Powerhouse ConstructionHydropower & Pumped Storage Project | Philippines

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record delivering complex powerhouse, underground, or hydropower construction projects?

We are supporting a major renewable energy developer in the Philippines seeking a highly capable Project Manager to lead the construction of a large-scale powerhouse facility on a landmark hydropower and pumped storage project.

This is a long-term opportunity offering an attractive expatriate package, relocation support, and the chance to play a key role in one of the region's most significant infrastructure developments.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead all powerhouse construction activities from mobilisation through to commissioning.Manage multidisciplinary construction teams, contractors, and subcontractors.Ensure project delivery aligns with safety, quality, schedule, and budget requirements.Coordinate interfaces between civil, structural, mechanical, and underground works packages.Monitor construction progress and implement corrective actions where required.Drive health, safety, environmental, and quality standards across the project.Report regularly to senior project stakeholders on performance, risks, and mitigation strategies.Support contract administration, claims management, and change control processes.RequirementsDegree-qualified in Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, or a related discipline.Significant experience managing large-scale hydropower, pumped storage, underground, tunnelling, mining, or heavy infrastructure projects.Strong background in powerhouse construction and complex underground works.Demonstrated leadership experience managing large international project teams.Excellent stakeholder management and contractor coordination skills.Experience working on EPC, EPCM, or major construction contracts preferred.Fluent English communication skills.PackageLong-term employee contractCompetitive salary packageAccommodation providedTravel allowanceRelocation assistanceOpportunity to work on a major renewable energy project in the PhilippinesApply Now
