Project Manager (PM) - RCC (Roller-Compacted Concrete)
Role Overview: Are you an expert in massive concrete structures? We need a PM specialized in Roller-Compacted Concrete (RCC) to lead the dam/structural body construction. You will be responsible for the high-volume, rapid-placement concrete operations critical to the project's timeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of RCC placement, batching plants, and aggregate supply chains.Monitor thermal control, mix designs, and curing processes to ensure structural integrity.Manage site engineers, labor forces, and heavy machinery deployment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.10+ years of experience, with a heavy focus on RCC Dam construction or mega-scale concrete structures.Deep knowledge of concrete technology, batching plant operations, and mass pouring logistics.
