The Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to support the delivery of a major railway infrastructure programme in Israel.

This is a senior leadership position requiring extensive experience managing complex, multidisciplinary rail infrastructure projects, with a strong preference for professionals who have worked on high-speed rail projects and Design-Build contracts.

The successful candidate will take a leading role in the management, coordination and delivery of the project, working across technical disciplines and interfacing with key project stakeholders.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate the delivery of a major railway infrastructure project.Oversee multidisciplinary engineering and project teams.Manage project delivery within a Design-Build (DB) environment.Coordinate across civil, railway systems and other technical disciplines.Provide senior-level leadership and support decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.Monitor project progress and ensure key technical and contractual requirements are met.Manage interfaces between project stakeholders, contractors and technical teams.Prepare and review technical documentation and presentations.Represent the project at senior stakeholder and client meetings.Requirements

Education

Degree in Engineering from a recognised institution.Civil Engineering preferred.PMP or other recognised Project Management certification would be advantageous.

Experience

Minimum 10 years' experience managing major infrastructure projects, preferably within the railway sector.Minimum 5 years' experience on High-Speed Rail (HSL/HSR) projects.Previous experience leading at least two major railway infrastructure projects in a managerial capacity.Strong experience working on Design-Build projects.Good understanding of integrated railway systems and multidisciplinary project delivery.Demonstrable experience leading teams in complex, high-pressure international project environments.

The position offers a comprehensive expatriate package, including:
