Programme Director - High Speed Rail (MENA)

A major international contractor delivering some of the region's largest transportation programmes is seeking an experienced Programme Director to lead the delivery of a flagship High-Speed Rail project.

This is a senior leadership role requiring oversight of complex, multi-disciplinary rail packages from design through construction and commissioning.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead the overall delivery of a large-scale HSR programme.Manage multidisciplinary teams across engineering, construction, systems and project controls.Interface with clients, consultants, operators and key stakeholders.Drive programme performance, schedule, risk and budget objectives.Provide strategic leadership during all project phases.Support commercial, contractual and operational decision-making.Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Transportation, Construction Management or a related discipline (mandatory)

20+ years' experience within major rail or transportation projects.Proven experience leading High-Speed Rail programmes.Background with major international rail organisations, contractors or system suppliers.Strong understanding of rail systems integration, construction and project delivery.Experience working on large, complex rail megaprojects.
