We are seeking an experienced Production Manager/Site Manager to lead road and civil engineering projects in the Gothenburg area. In this role, you will have overall responsibility for planning, coordinating and delivering projects safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. You will manage activities from mobilisation through completion, ensuring that work is carried out in accordance with contracts, schedules, budgets, technical specifications and applicable regulations.

Your responsibilities will include leading site teams, subcontractors and suppliers, coordinating resources and production activities, and monitoring progress against agreed objectives. You will prepare and follow up on production plans, budgets, forecasts, risk assessments and quality documentation. Health and safety will be a central part of your work, and you will promote a strong safety culture across the site. You will also maintain regular communication with clients, consultants, authorities and internal stakeholders, handling changes, resolving issues and ensuring effective reporting throughout the project.

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in a production or site management role within roads, infrastructure, groundworks or civil engineering. You have a solid understanding of construction processes, contracts, cost control and work environment requirements, together with the ability to interpret technical documentation and manage multiple priorities. Leadership experience is essential, as is the confidence to make decisions and create structure in a fast-paced environment. You are organised, commercially aware and solution-oriented, with strong communication and collaboration skills. Fluency in Swedish and English is expected, and a relevant technical education or equivalent professional experience is advantageous. The role is based in Gothenburg and involves regular presence at project sites.
