We are seeking a structured and proactive Planner to support the efficient coordination and delivery of projects, activities, and operational resources. In this role, you will develop and maintain detailed plans, coordinate schedules, monitor progress, and ensure that key milestones are achieved on time. You will work closely with colleagues, suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to align priorities, identify dependencies, and provide clear updates throughout the planning process.

Your responsibilities will include preparing work plans and schedules, allocating resources, tracking deliverables, and following up on deviations or potential delays. You will analyse status information, assess risks, and recommend corrective actions where necessary. The role also involves maintaining accurate planning documentation, contributing to progress reports, supporting meetings, and ensuring that relevant changes are communicated effectively. You will be expected to identify opportunities to improve planning procedures, coordination, and efficiency across projects and day-to-day operations.

We are looking for someone with experience in planning, scheduling, project coordination, logistics, or a related field. You should be organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a changing environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as is the ability to build effective working relationships with people across different functions. Experience using planning, scheduling, enterprise resource planning, or project management systems will be advantageous, along with good knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar tools. You should be confident working with data, able to meet deadlines, and willing to take initiative while maintaining a methodical approach. A relevant qualification or equivalent practical experience is desirable.
