Crew/Project Performance Incentive ("Win the Day")
Foreman receives 10% of labor savings from their crew, and an additional 10% of labor savings from the entire project (pooled from all crews)

After meeting minimum performance standards, 30% of the company's profits are shared among the employees.
Saturday Incentive
Our salaried foremen are offered an additional 20% of weekly pay if they perform a full production workday on a Saturday (6 workdays in the week)

Every employee gets a safety bonus each month when the company goes without a recordable incident.
