Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in civil, environmental, or related engineering, construction management, or a comparable discipline, together with significant experience delivering water and wastewater utility projects. Professional registration or recognised project management certification is preferred. Strong knowledge of water treatment, wastewater treatment, pipelines, pump stations, collection and distribution systems, and associated civil infrastructure is highly desirable. You should be confident managing multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, and complex budgets, with excellent communication, negotiation, organisation, and problem-solving skills. Experience working in Central Florida or familiarity with local permitting, utility coordination, and regulatory processes will be advantageous. The position requires occasional travel to project sites and the ability to work effectively in both office and field environments.

A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels are essential. Experience growing a technical practice, developing new business and coaching teams will be highly valued. The role may require occasional travel to client, project and construction sites.
