East coast Leading Structural Engineering Consultancy with 10 offices, 4 of them across Florida are looking for a Strong Engineer with Leadership capabilities to head up the geographical expansion into Jacksonville.

This awarding winning consultancy are leading the way with innovation and technology, they are medium sized with approx. 250 US employees and have been involved in the design of noted and historical projects in Boston, New York, Mexico and Florida.

Successful Candidate:

The business are looking for a seller do-er with connections in Jacksonville that has the drive to build relationships to position the company as a top player in the Jacksonville market, this will require a PE Engineer with strong business development skills that isn't afraid to 'knock on doors' and has the initiative to be a leader that a team can be built around.

PE Lisense required (SE or FRSE a bonus)Bachelors in Civil Engineering10+ Years experience as a Structural Engineer of Buildings Strong leadership skills with the desire to be apart of the major growth of a companyStrong business development skills (existing Jacksonville relationships a bonus)A wide range of building design experienceProject Management experienceMentorship skillsCareer plans with no ceiling

Compensation:

Total package offering will depend on the candidate, the skills, lisensing and connections in Jacksonville.

Base Salary $140k - $170k
