Position Overview:

We are seeking a proficient BIM (Building Information Modeling) Engineer who is fluent in German to join our client's esteemed team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the design and execution of major infrastructure projects throughout Germany. Leveraging advanced BIM technologies, you will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop intricate models and deliverables, ensuring the successful realization of complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive BIM models for infrastructure projects, encompassing highways, tunnels, and bridges.Collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate design components into the BIM model.Conduct thorough clash detection analyses and resolve conflicts to optimize project efficiency.Generate precise quantity take-offs and support in cost estimation processes.Create high-quality visualizations and renderings to effectively communicate design intent.Assist in establishing and implementing BIM standards and protocols.Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in BIM technology.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.Proficiency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.Demonstrated experience working with BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and Navisworks.Strong grasp of infrastructure design principles and construction methodologies.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet stringent deadlines.Familiarity with German building codes and regulations is advantageous.Previous involvement in large-scale infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
