We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager / Site Supervisor to coordinate daily activities, lead operational teams and ensure that work is completed safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard. In this hands-on role, you will plan and distribute resources, monitor workflows and act as the central point of contact for employees, contractors and other stakeholders. You will help create a structured, collaborative working environment where clear communication and continuous improvement are part of everyday operations.

Your responsibilities will include organising schedules, allocating tasks and following up on progress, quality and delivery. You will identify operational challenges, take appropriate action and ensure that procedures, safety requirements and internal standards are followed. The role also involves supporting staff, conducting briefings, introducing new employees to routines and contributing to performance discussions. You will maintain accurate records, report on operational results and collaborate with relevant functions to resolve issues and improve processes. Depending on business needs, you may also assist with ordering materials, coordinating suppliers and ensuring that equipment and work areas remain fit for purpose.

We are looking for a confident and organised leader with previous experience in operations, production, logistics, facilities or a similar environment. You should be comfortable making decisions, prioritising under pressure and motivating others through clear direction and a practical approach. Strong communication skills in English are essential; knowledge of Swedish or another relevant language is an advantage. Experience with workforce planning, health and safety procedures and basic administrative or reporting systems will be valuable. You are reliable, solution-oriented and willing to take responsibility while also working collaboratively as part of a wider team. A relevant vocational qualification or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
