We are seeking a National Practice Leader – Water/Wastewater Industrial Services to lead the growth, development and delivery of specialist services across industrial water and wastewater markets. This senior role will establish and execute a national practice strategy, strengthen client relationships, identify new business opportunities and position the practice for sustainable growth. You will work with operational, technical and commercial teams to develop solutions that address complex water, wastewater, treatment, reuse and compliance challenges across industrial sectors.

Key responsibilities will include providing technical and market leadership; overseeing the quality, consistency and commercial performance of projects; developing service offerings, methodologies and best-practice standards; and supporting major pursuits, proposals and client presentations. You will build trusted relationships with industrial clients, regulators, partners and key stakeholders, while identifying opportunities for collaboration and expansion. The role will also involve mentoring and developing technical professionals, fostering a strong safety and quality culture, managing resources and budgets, and ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with contractual, regulatory and professional requirements.

The successful candidate will bring substantial experience in industrial water and wastewater services, consulting, engineering, operations or related infrastructure environments, together with a strong understanding of treatment processes, water management, regulatory obligations and emerging industry trends. Demonstrated success in national practice leadership, business development, client account management and the delivery of complex multidisciplinary projects is essential. A relevant degree in engineering, environmental science, water management or a related discipline is preferred, along with professional registration or equivalent industry credentials. You will be a strategic and commercially minded leader who can communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, influence at executive level and translate technical insight into practical, value-driven outcomes. The position may require national travel to support clients, teams and project delivery.
