We are seeking a Land Development Project Manager/Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex land development projects from initial feasibility through to construction completion. This role will suit an experienced property, civil engineering or development professional who can combine strong technical understanding with commercial awareness, stakeholder leadership and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
You will manage project scope, programme, budget, risk and quality across multiple developments, ensuring that key milestones are achieved and statutory, contractual and design requirements are met. Responsibilities will include coordinating feasibility studies, planning applications, infrastructure design, utility coordination, environmental assessments, procurement and construction activities. You will appoint and manage consultants, contractors and specialist advisers, review technical reports and drawings, monitor project performance, and provide clear progress updates to senior stakeholders. You will also identify risks and opportunities, implement appropriate mitigation strategies, manage approvals and agreements, and support the resolution of complex planning, engineering and delivery issues.
Applicants should have substantial experience managing land development or major infrastructure projects, ideally within residential, mixed-use or commercial development environments.
