You hold a degree in electrical engineering, power systems engineering or a comparable discipline and have several years of professional experience in medium- and low-voltage systems, electrical distribution or related infrastructure projects. You possess sound knowledge of relevant electrical standards, protection and earthing concepts, switchgear, transformers, cabling, power quality and safety requirements. Experience with engineering software, electrical CAD systems and project documentation tools is desirable. Strong analytical and organisational skills, a structured approach and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders are essential. You are comfortable working independently while contributing positively to international, multidisciplinary teams. Willingness to travel to project sites and professional fluency in English are required; knowledge of an additional European language is an advantage.

In this role, you will act as the link between business stakeholders, project teams and IT, ensuring that product priorities reflect operational needs and strategic objectives. You will shape the product vision, maintain and prioritise the product backlog, and guide solutions from initial concept through implementation and continuous enhancement.

Your responsibilities will include gathering and analysing requirements, translating business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and coordinating roadmap planning with relevant stakeholders. You will facilitate workshops, evaluate process improvements, support release planning and ensure that delivered solutions provide measurable value to project delivery teams. Working closely with project controls, engineering, procurement, construction, finance and data specialists, you will promote standardised processes, reliable reporting and effective integration across the digital project environment. You will also monitor product performance, manage dependencies and risks, and support user adoption through clear communication, documentation and training.

You have several years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or in a comparable IT role, ideally within EPC, industrial projects, construction, energy or another project-based environment. You are familiar with agile delivery methods, backlog management and product lifecycle practices, and understand project management processes, enterprise systems and data-driven reporting. Strong analytical and communication skills enable you to work confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are structured, pragmatic and comfortable making decisions in a complex, international setting. Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, SAP, project portfolio management platforms or business intelligence solutions is advantageous. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German or another European language is a plus.

As an Expert Project Planning & Scheduling (m/w/d), you will be responsible for developing, maintaining and continuously improving project schedules across complex, multidisciplinary initiatives. You will translate project scopes, contractual milestones and delivery requirements into transparent, integrated planning structures that support reliable execution. Working closely with project management, engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning teams, you will establish realistic baselines, define dependencies and critical paths, and ensure that schedule objectives are clearly understood by all stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include preparing and updating detailed project programmes, analysing progress and identifying deviations at an early stage. You will monitor key performance indicators, assess schedule impacts resulting from changes or risks, and develop recovery and mitigation plans where required. You will also contribute to regular project reviews and management reports, provide schedule forecasts and advise decision-makers on potential delays, resource constraints and corrective actions. In addition, you will support change management, claims preparation and the evaluation of time-related risks. Standardising planning processes, improving reporting tools and promoting consistent scheduling practices across projects will be an important part of your role.

You have several years of professional experience in project planning, scheduling or project controls, ideally within a technical, industrial, construction or infrastructure environment. You are confident working with recognised scheduling methods and tools, and have practical experience with critical path analysis, resource planning, progress measurement and earned value principles. A degree or comparable qualification in engineering, construction management, business administration or a related discipline is desirable. You combine strong analytical and organisational skills with a structured, proactive approach and the ability to communicate complex information clearly. Experience working in international, cross-functional teams, a high level of commitment and very good English skills are expected; knowledge of German or another language is an advantage.
