We are looking for a motivated Railway Project Engineer to contribute to the planning, design and delivery of complex rail infrastructure projects. In this role, you will work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, suppliers and public stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with agreed requirements. You will be involved throughout the project lifecycle, from early investigations and technical development to construction, commissioning and handover.
Your responsibilities will include preparing technical documentation, reviewing drawings and specifications, coordinating engineering activities, monitoring progress and supporting cost and schedule control. You will identify technical risks, propose practical solutions and help ensure compliance with applicable standards, regulations and quality requirements. The role may also involve site visits, inspections, participation in technical meetings and coordination between different disciplines, such as track, signalling, power, civil works and telecommunications. You will contribute to continuous improvement by sharing knowledge and developing effective working methods.
We are seeking someone with a degree or equivalent experience in civil engineering, railway engineering or another relevant technical field. Experience from rail infrastructure, construction or large multidisciplinary projects is highly valued, as is familiarity with project planning, risk management and technical coordination. You should be organised, analytical and confident in communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team is essential. Professional proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of Swedish or another Nordic language is an advantage. Experience with common engineering, documentation or project management tools will also be beneficial. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential, as is the confidence to make decisions and take responsibility in a fast-paced environment. A relevant vocational qualification or technical education is advantageous, as well as experience working with subcontractors and project planning tools. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Swedish is an advantage. A valid driving licence and the ability to work on construction sites in and around Stockholm are also expected.

We are looking for an experienced civil or geotechnical engineer with a relevant university degree and several years of experience in ground engineering, infrastructure or civil construction projects. You should have a strong understanding of earthworks, foundations, retaining structures, temporary works, site development and construction methods. Experience with design management, procurement documentation, contract administration and Swedish construction standards is highly valued. Familiarity with industry software such as CAD, BIM or calculation tools is an advantage. As a person, you are structured, analytical and solution-oriented, with the ability to communicate clearly with colleagues, clients, contractors and other stakeholders. Professional fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Swedish is advantageous. A willingness to travel to project sites when needed is expected.
