Overview

Our client who is a dedicated data centre delivery partner providing turnkey solutions to clients They specialise in providing turnkey data centre solutions, providing services from design, through to construction across the full range of civil, structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical services as well as commissioning.

They have grown to become the leading and most trusted company in our sector and the only dedicated data centre delivery partner in Europe.

They are currently constructing multiple turnkey data centre projects in 7 different European countries, equating to over 430 MW of IT load in flight.

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Package Manager to join the project team in Skelleftea, Sweden. This role will be responsible for managing key Electrical work packages, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate Electrical work packages across the project lifecycleOversee day-to-day electrical site operations in conjunction with the wider project teamManage site QA/QC processes and ensure compliance with project specifications and standardsCoordinate project schedules with Planners, Project Managers, subcontractors, consultants, and design teamsManage electrical subcontractor activities, including progress tracking, manpower levels, and weekly coordination meetingsEnsure all subcontractor documentation, including safety documentation, is maintained and up to dateAttend Site Meetings, Engineering Reviews, Planning Meetings, and Handover MeetingsLiaise with the design team to ensure construction information and technical submittals are issued in line with programme requirementsReview drawings, technical submittals, and ensure electrical systems are coordinated correctlySupport commercial management by tracking variations and attending weekly commercial meetingsIssue progress reports to the project teamCarry out, distribute, and close out electrical snagging itemsProactively identify and resolve technical, design, and coordination issues on site.

Required Qualifications and Competencies:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or similar disciplineMinimum 7 years' experience within the electrical construction sectorStrong background managing Electrical packages on large-scale construction projectsExperience in scheduling, sequencing, and programme managementExcellent organisational, communication, and coordination skillsStrong technical understanding of electrical systems, installation methodologies, and site operationsProven ability to manage subcontractors and drive project deliveryData centre, industrial, or mission-critical project experience is advantageous.

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join their project team in Skelleftea, Sweden. This role will be responsible for supporting the delivery of Electrical works, ensuring activities are carried out safely, on programme, and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards..

Key Responsibilities:

Support the coordination and delivery of Electrical works across the project lifecycleReview and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical submittalsAssist with the implementation of site QA/QC processes and ensure works are completed to required standardsCoordinate with subcontractors, supervisors, and the wider project team on daily electrical site activitiesMonitor site progress and report on programme status to senior engineers and managementEnsure all electrical documentation, including technical submittals and safety documentation, is maintained and up to dateAttend Site Meetings, Engineering Reviews, and Planning MeetingsLiaise with the design team to request and track construction information (RFIs)Assist with installation checks, inspections, and verification of electrical systems on siteSupport commercial management by tracking variations and assisting with progress claimsIdentify and assist in resolving technical, design, and coordination issuesAssist with the management and close-out of electrical snagging items.

Required Qualifications and Competencies:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or similar disciplineMinimum 3+ years' experience within the electrical construction sectorExperience working on electrical systems such as power distribution, lighting, and associated servicesGood understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and site practicesStrong organisational and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively within a project team and coordinate with subcontractorsStrong technical understanding of electrical systems and installation methodologiesExperience in data centre, industrial, or mission-critical projects is advantageous.
